I use my clinical skills to help clients work through their challenges by employing a client-centered approach that combines empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques. A safe, non-judgmental space is created where clients feel heard and understood, enabling them to openly explore their thoughts and emotions. By utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused interventions, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. This personalized strategy empowers clients to gain insight into their issues, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience. Ultimately, my goal is to guide clients toward meaningful change and personal growth.
It is a privilege to be part of someone’s journey. Therapy is built on trust, and my role is to help you feel confident in your capacity to be resilient, happy, and loved.
My job is to identify the interventions that work best for you, as therapy is not a “let’s see what sticks” approach. Therapy is intentional, structured, and evidence-based, and I take the time to understand you as an individual.
Our goal will be to help you find your own path toward change. It is crucial that therapy works for you.
I welcome the opportunity to work with my clients on whatever they may bring to therapy. My specialization includes working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing or have experienced anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment issues, and emotionally immature family dynamics.
I also enjoy working with couples and families. Working with couples allows me to witness profound transformations. These occur when two people deeply commit to understanding and supporting each other. Helping couples navigate their challenges and improve communication is incredibly rewarding. I guide them through the complexities of their relationship. Offering tools and insights fosters growth, empathy, and resilience. Seeing couples emerge stronger and more connected brings immense satisfaction. It reinforces my belief in the power of collaborative healing and personal growth within a relationship.
LPC Supervision
Providing clinical supervision is a fulfilling aspect of my role. It allows me to nurture emerging therapists and ensure the highest standards of care for their clients. In supervision, I offer guidance, support, and constructive feedback. I help supervisees refine their clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and professional identity. This collaborative process boosts their confidence and competence. It also promotes reflective practice and continuous learning. Witnessing their growth and successes is incredibly rewarding. Their professional and personal insights reaffirm my commitment to mental health.
