Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing individualized care in school and mental health settings. She is passionate about fostering an accepting and welcoming environment while guiding adolescents and adults on their journey of self-discovery. Her goal is to help clients develop the tools and skills needed to live in alignment with their personal values and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Lauren’s therapeutic approach is rooted primarily in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. She works collaboratively with clients to increase psychological flexibility, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward what matters most to them.
Lauren has extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges. She is also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Outside of her professional work, Lauren values maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children and engaging in activities that bring her joy, including reading, baking, attending concerts, and staying active through exercise.
