We offer individual therapy for adults, teens and children 4 years old and up. We also offer group therapy.
We have expertise in helping you deal with anxiety, depression, family conflict, career development, partenting and marital issues and many other areas.
We’re trained in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Family Systems Therapy.
