My name is Dena Travaglini, and I am a Master’s level clinician and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am dedicated to empowering individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I have a rich history of working with children, adolescents, and adults who thrive with empathetic support and practical guidance.
I am deeply committed to the well-being of my clients and draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and play therapy. My goal is to guide clients in recognizing their strengths, building resilience, and developing lasting solutions for a happier and healthier life. I strive to provide a safe and respectful environment where clients feel genuinely understood and valued.
My professional background includes work in outpatient therapy, group therapy, inpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use treatment. These experiences have expanded my understanding of individual care needs and strengthened my ability to provide tailored, compassionate support.
