My name is Emmi Schwartz and I am a Nationally Certified Counselor passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and self-understanding.
Having worked in both school and clinical settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and across all stages of life. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and integrative, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I tailor each session to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of every client.
I believe in working from a systems perspective, exploring how our environments, relationships, and experiences shape the ways we think, feel, and act. In my work with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents, I often support clients around:
Areas Emmi Works On
Behavioral and emotional regulation
Anxiety and stress
ADHD and executive functioning challenges
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Life transitions and adjustment
Self-esteem and identity development
Play therapy and family dynamics
Performance and mindset optimization for athletes
I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered. Together, we build resilience, develop lasting coping skills, and cultivate greater confidence, connection, and growth.
