My name is Sydney, and I offer both traditional talk therapy and art therapy in a warm and supportive space. I have experience supporting children, teens, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, identity development, grief, life transitions, and more. I have a strong foundation in working with neurodiverse clients and the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you’re looking to explore your thoughts through conversation, creativity, or a little of both, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey. Additionally, I offer walk-and-talk therapy as an alternative to traditional office sessions. Meeting outdoors allows clients to engage in movement while processing their thoughts and emotions, which can support relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage deeper reflection. Healing looks different for everyone, and I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs and goals.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered care. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, creative arts, and inner-child work to support clients in moving through pain, building resilience, and cultivating self-compassion. My focus is on helping you reconnect with your strengths, navigate emotions with clarity, and approach healing through empowerment, curiosity, and self-exploration.
