Brenna
Brenna is a warm, thoughtful, and engaging therapist who supports children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges with care, flexibility, and a deep commitment to individualized treatment. She has helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, relationship issues, parenting stress, and the unique transitions that come with growing up or growing older.
Brenna believes that therapy should feel like a safe space to show up exactly as you are. Her approach is collaborative and empowering, blending evidence-based talk therapy with creative methods when appropriate. While she holds advanced training in art therapy, her work is rooted just as strongly in traditional therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness. She tailors each session to the needs and goals of the person in front of her, whether that’s a child learning to manage big emotions, a parent feeling overwhelmed, or an adult ready to break unhelpful patterns and build something new.
Her experience includes working with individuals on the autism spectrum, supporting youth in school and home settings, and providing therapy across a range of developmental stages. She is skilled at helping children and adolescents improve emotion regulation and social skills, and equally confident in guiding adults through anxiety, life stress, and interpersonal challenges.
She pursued her education at Holy Family University’s 4+2 program, completing four years of extensive training in integrating art into the therapeutic process. During this time, Brenna explored various artistic mediums, such as ceramics, painting, watercolor, printmaking, and sculpture.
Clients often describe Brenna as approachable, calming, and deeply validating. She knows that real change doesn’t come from pressure or perfection, but from curiosity, consistency, and feeling truly understood.
