Grace Kiely, LPC, M.S

Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavioral Specialist

Grace is a therapist who is passionate about supporting adults, young adults, adolescents, children, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. She believes that when people feel safe, understood, and supported, they are better able to process difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and build confidence in themselves.

Grace works with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, academic stress, and trauma related symptoms. She enjoys helping adults and young adults navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and everyday stressors, while also supporting children and teens as they develop emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence.

Grace values working collaboratively with families and caregivers when appropriate, helping parents better understand what their child or teen may be experiencing and offering guidance on how to create supportive and consistent environments at home. She recognizes that strong relationships within families can play an important role in emotional wellbeing and development.

Her work is grounded in a relational and strengths based approach. Grace strives to understand each client’s unique experiences, relationships, and environment, and works collaboratively to build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.

Grace creates a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where clients of all ages feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their experiences. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence and self understanding.
