I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience providing individualized care in school and mental health settings. My passion lies in fostering an accepting and welcoming environment while guiding adolescents and adults on their journey of self-discovery. My goal is to equip clients with the tools they need to live in alignment with their personal values.
My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, all within a trauma-informed framework. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety disorders, depression, and the effects of trauma. Additionally, I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based therapy for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Outside of my professional work, I prioritize maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and three children and engaging in activities that bring me joy, such as reading, baking, attending concerts, and staying active through exercise.
