Hi, my name is Michelle. I am a master’s level clinician with a passion and a commitment for helping individuals, couples and families navigate life’s challenges and work towards meaningful change in their lives. I believe therapy is a collaborative experience with clients being the experts on their own lives. My therapeutic approaches are rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, talk therapy, psychodynamic therapy; however, I tailor my work with clients to meet the unique goals of each client and believe there is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. I am here to support you with empathy, compassion, curiosity, honesty and evidenced based care.
My background is diverse and includes experiences in the educational field and the mental health fields. I’ve supported clients through a wide range of life challenges, and I see therapy as a space for growth, clarity and self-compassion.
Whether you are facing a specific obstacle, seeking personal growth, or seeking support during a difficult time I’m here and honored to walk alongside you and support you in a non-judgmental manner on your journey in therapy.
