Brielle Tamburri is a Master’s level clinician who works with children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. She has experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, behavioral difficulties, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and major life transitions. Brielle is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and safe to explore their emotions and experiences.

Brielle’s clinical experience includes providing outpatient individual therapy, conducting psychological and psychosocial assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams, and supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient, inpatient, and forensic settings. She has experience working within acute mental health environments, providing crisis support, family therapy, discharge planning, and continuity of care services. Brielle has also conducted comprehensive psychological and forensic evaluations, strengthening her clinical judgment, assessment skills, and diagnostic formulation abilities.

Brielle takes a compassionate, client centered, and insight oriented approach to therapy. Her clinical style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic frameworks while also incorporating trauma informed, somatic, and family systems approaches. She believes therapy should provide a space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted while building practical coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, confidence, and long term personal growth.
